If you dare attend at least
one Scarlette Parlour event on a Full Moon lit
night, you will experience a night like none
other than you've ever had before! Part cabaret,
part burlesque, part circus, part lounge, part
tea party, and all around madness, this unique,
and nomadic event, was forged during New York
City's Victorian era of the late 1800's. This
was during a time when manners and properness
prevailed, but decadence and debauchery thrived
behind closed doors.
The Scarlette Parlour is
your gateway to glimpse into this long forgotten
and underground world in which flirting with sin
was the norm.
At present day, the newly
revived Scarlette Parlour is run and hosted by
the wickedly charming
Victor Noirlocke, the
dangerously dashing
Sir William Welles, the
devastatingly deceased Mortimer,
and with the invaluable help of
Earienne DeGrey.

It should be mentioned here
that each Scarlette parlour event adheres to a
very strict code of dress and formal attire
consisting of of fine Victorian attire, formal
attire, mourning attire, formal Steampunk, or at
least your very best Gothic outfit to maintain
the proper traditions of this historical and
traditional happenstance. Any helpless souls
that fail to comply with this honorable code of
dress shall be promptly be denied entry by our
door staff...or succumb to a rather nasty
demise... which ever comes first.
Finally, the Scarlette
parlour is notably one of New York City's eldest
underground private social club party that
happens every full moon phase since it was
created by Scarlette Noirlocke (1850 - 1895) in
February 1882 to mark the passing of her
recently departed husband, Mr. Benjamin
Noirlocke (1832 -1882). In its present day, the
Scarlette parlour finds a revival of sorts,
opening its doors to those that find themselves
curious, willing, unabashed, bawdy, and above
all brave enough to attend this rather peculiar
event!
Is this you? It will
be...and soon!!!

VICTOR
NOIRLOCKE
The charming Victor
Noirlocke, also known as the "Sly Fox,"
is the Great-Great-Grandson of Scarlette
Noirlocke, the creator and founder of
the original Scarlette Parlour. Victor's
determination to uphold his family's
tradition and customs is only rivaled by
his passion for the female form and the
art of seduction. His favourite drink is
a glass of Jim Beam, neat, and
he boasts a rather large collection of
weapons, which he enjoys showing off
whenever reason dictates! Victor
Noirlocke has approximately 13 children
he has no idea exists, and currently
resides in an undisclosed mansion in the
state of New York State where he whips into
shape his notorious
La Petite Guignole
performance troupe on an irregular
basis.

SIR WILLIAM
WELLES
As the creator and Founder of
New Goth City, Sir William Welles
brings a new and rancid take to the
traditional Scarlette Parlour event,
making it more widespread to those
curious, and daring enough to experience
such a rather bizarre event. Being bourn
in the South of France, Sir William's
favourite drink is a generous glass of
white wine, with a glass of ice on the
side...why? Don't ask...just is. His
hobbies include: Dark humour, crashing
funerals, dirge concerts, midnight walks
in any cemetery, making fun of
Day-Crawlers, and witnessing a subtle
garter.

MORTIMER
The late Mortimer was a tragic soul. His
life was doomed from the beginning until
he perished but a scant month ago...in
an a most very unfortunate way! Mortimer
did, indeed, lead a very interesting,
yet rather cursed existence that brought
him years of turmoil...but all that is
in the past now. Mortimer's
favourite
drink was a shot glass of Turpentine
with a Pabst Blue Ribbon chaser (go
figure), and now rests in pieces...sort
of...

EARIENNE
DeGREY
Ms. DeGrey is the
Scarlette Parlour's Promotional
Coordinator as well as being a
co-creator of the revival of these
unique Full Moon events. Living on the
West coast
she occasionally
makes the trip into New York City to
attend a Scarlette Parlour evening and
generously offers a performance or two.
Should you encounter her, you may find
it valuable to know that her favourite
beverage is a bloodbath, of course.
